COMING SOON- THE DOCTORS WHO SAVED CHRISTMAS!

dwsxtrailer1

There was no real snow again over the Christmas/New Year holidays, but I knew I had to try and film something, so began the long-awaited stop-motion series. First three are ‘in the can’ as they say, just needing effects/voices music and editing together. I think it’ll be Easter by the time they are all done, but here’s a photo teaser-trailer from the epic prelude to Series 6- entitled The NeoDoctor Adventures!

Time Travelling has never been so much FUN!

800th POST- THE ROBOTS OF DOOM! (2/2)

55th-rod2That’s right, Timetots, it’s over! The race from 772 posts to 800 is officially over and done with. I’ve started sixteen more, so that might get me nearer to 900 in time for the 9th Bloggerversary in August, but for now, pull up a chair sit back and enjoy the 76th Infinite Whoniverses adventure!

For something I began writing for the 55th Anniversary of Doctor Who in November, it’s been a pain in the posterior to finish, but it’s done now, although there is scope for two more stories, I’ll leave it for now and go and do something different, like watch Big, or go for  a walk!

the robots of doom

Enjoy!

INFINITE WHONIVERSES – ROBOT REVOLUTION REVISITED! (1/2)

IW RR4Back in Series 2 of Infinite WHOniverses, in 2015 I introduced A World Without The Doctor- Classic stories retold without the TARDIS arriving and the intervention/meddling/interference of The Doctor and friends.

The First tale retold was THE ROBOTS OF DEATH, from the era of 4TH Doctor Tom Baker.

Now, finally the Sequel to that story is nearly ready- More on that next time.

For now, here is THE ROBOT REVOLUTION- available to download or read online.

ANY WAY THE WIND BLOWS- THE BEST OF 2018

ANY WAY THE WIND BLOWS- THE BEST OF 2018

Time for another video update, well over due anyway, like my Library books probably are!

I had thought about another 10-15 minute epic, but Eric Calderone’s Metal cover of Bohemian Rhapsody swayed me toward something quick and simple, although watching it back, there should have been a few tighter edits- though the end is probably one of the funniest things I saw all year.

There are a few new events I’ve been to- Bolton Comic Con, Lightnight Liverpool, as well as The Pirate Festival and Fire sessions with the Fire Project. I even took in a bit more architecture, though I’m not sure about Art Fairs anymore.

Wildlife has been a bit thin on the ground, seeing the Fox was great, but need to practice that a bit more. Comic Cons are still the main events, so I’m looking at going London or Birmingham this year.

And there were a few Welsh Castles, something else to finish off, at least in North Wales anyway.

So there you go, Any way the wind blows, the Best of 2018!

Xmas Blogathon 2018/2019- How’s it going so far?

With 12 more posts to go before 800, I’ve been fairly consistent over the past week, even if a few times I’ve had nothing finished and just copied and pasted one of puppetry/story projects from my Linked In Projects list!

So January 14th should be the 800th, just got to finish a few things in order to get there!

I do have something new, but it’s a bit late to go through the rigmarole of putting it up, copying and pasting, so it’ll be in the morning when I get round to it.

I’ve just seen Crimes of Grindlevald for the second time, so want to post something about that at some point!

For now, how’s it going? Not bad, not bad at all!

What’s to review?

So I know a few other people are writing about End of Year/what they’ve accomplished etc etc.

Me? I’ve been reading and watching stuff to review, trying to catch up on photo and video editing, so not much progress there.

I have updated and tried turning my Linked In profile into a new CV, which is okay, they left out loads in the conversion to pdf, but it’s a start.

So, here’s a taste of what I’ve been up to lately-

Happy 2019!

COMING IN 2019- THE NEODOCTOR ADVENTURES!

NDA COVER1

Yes, I know there’s only a couple of days till the end of 2018, but I’ve been doing a bit of filming and photography for New things, one of which is another spinoff from Infinite Whoniverses- a stop-motion/puppetry mini-series I’m calling The NeoDoctor Adventures, as it follows the 21st NDr. In the lead up to Series 6.

I wanted to make The Doctors Who Saved Christmas last year, but it didn’t snow, so I have had to create my own Snow planet set- not quite Hoth, but near enough, without any Wampa’s though!

So I will be casting voice actors and Narrator’s over the next couple of weeks and hopefully have a few episodes ready by the end of Jan/start of Feb 19!

GET READY! Here comes The NeoDoctor in her own series!
