BACK TO THE FUTURE Film 30th Anniversary

22 Oct

Lookin high and low, don’t know where to go, gotta double back my friend.

The only way to find, what I’ve left behind, gotta doubleback again. Double Back Again.

ZZ TOP- DOUBLEBACK- BACK TO THE FUTURE PART THREE.

So this year is the 30th anniversary of the First instalment of the Back to the Future trilogy, and it was Back to the Future Day yesterday- 21/10/2015, so I thought I would watch the movie again and see what all the fuss is about- now I realise it’s the second part that was set in 2015 and haven’t got round to it yet- That’s tomorrow night’s movie!

Ah well, have to just post a couple of photos. But the first film actually sets things up beautifully; it’s the contrast between 1985 and 1955 Hill Valley and the characters that make it stand out.

The music, mainly by Huey Lewis and the News carries you along for the ride, especially for ‘The Power of Love’ track, although my personal favourite is of course Johnny Be Goode, played in spectacular fashion by Michael J. Fox.

Professor Von Ool used this as an example of the Grandfather Paradox, in contrast tio the Bootstrap Paradox, but as this film stands, it certainly is a Classic.

10/10

So I guess this weekend, I’m exploring an alternate Timeline and going back to the Wild West, well, what else is new?!

YEEEHARRR!
