Sometimes things do not go as you would expect them to, life has a way of throwing a curveball every now and again.
The journey of bringing the EPIC! Anthology to publication is one such tale.
I think it was early 2013 when an Author friend on Facebook, Melina Turner began to search for authors for a charity anthology. I had a few ideas and the original Incineration Day had been rejected once or twice, so thought I would send that. The contributing authors had a Facebook group to keep up to date, even when it stalled.
It seemed to take a while, but over the summer the project got back into gear and now it is published!!
I love the cover, designed by artist Megan Jeannette Parker, very striking and evocative, and Purple!
The theme of the book is the group of five protagonists- Rory, Jaye, Aegel, Serah and Salem as they tackle situations and ‘factions’. Each author had to choose a genre, Mine being Crime, with the story told from the villain’s point of view.
The proceeds from the sale of the anthology are going to a charity called The Lili Clare Foundation-
The book is available as an ebook on Amazon and paperback on Createspace-
And it even has its own page on Facebook!
And I’d like to thank Melina Turner and Christy Lynn Foster for including me.
Enjoy the EPIC Saga!
