Mr. Tiglet’s Travelblog- The Great BIG Walk in Wales

16 Jun

Croeso!

There’s my first Welsh word of the year!  And my first hike in Wales.

Okay, it wasn’t that far over the border.

Wepre Park lies just outside of Connah’s Quay, so you could say that it was a small step for Tiglet kind!

It has been a wet Summer so far,

and I caught a bit off the Waterfall too.

The ruins of Ewloe Castle were also interesting, seems a bit overgrown, it must have been the centuries of nature reclaiming the area.

The woodland walk was also nice and peaceful, just what The Doctor ordered in fact.

So, in all a great excursion and my first Welsh Walk!
